Topiaire floral boutique has expanded to include Topiaire Candy Shop, A Sweet Candy Cafe. Southampton owner and KDHamptons contributor, Erin Meaney, fills old-fashioned candy jars with the sweets she loved from her childhood: fishies, squirrel nut zippers, bit-a-honeys, ice cubes, chocolates, fudge and so much more ~ all packed in cute little candy shop bags. To celebrate Easter, Erin offers super sweet cupcake parties for kids. Invite up to 12 children for an afternoon of Easter Basket making, homemade cupcake decorating, and candy bingo. This sugary Southampton shop isn’t just for snacking on sweet treats. Erin tells KDHamptons, “I recently hosted and Easter cupcake party for my daughter Shaye at our candy cafe ~ what child wouldn’t want to host a party in a candy shop? We set our table for twelve young ladies, and with the help of my daughter and three nieces we had a delicious time serving tea sandwiches, homemade cupcakes, and decorating Easter baskets for them to take home.”

The girls loved filling their adorable Easter baskets, and then played a round of candy bingo. Playing a game to help tip up their “candy bag” favor, each child was able to select their favorites from our candy jars. We have another party booked for this weekend in which we are teaching flower arranging and painting wooden snowflakes. Should be lovely!”

Stop by the Topiaire Candy Shop for a satellite wafer, dark chocolate dipped orange slices, ophelia candy bars with dark chocolate and potato chips, chocolate with chilies, chocolate Santas, and Lake Champlain chocolates.
