The Village of Southampton held a Memorial Day ceremony on Monday, May 27th at Agawam Park. The moving ceremony featured guest speaker Chuck Scarborough, and was preceded by a short parade down Jobs Lane. Families, veterans, local politicians, Boy Scout troops, Civil Air Patrol, and the Southampton High School Band and Choir all filled the lush green lawn at Lake Agawam to honor veterans that have bravely served our country.

Mayor Epley addressed the crowd giving tribute to fallen veterans from the East End and United States Air Force Veteran and News Anchor Chuck Scarborough served as an honorary guest speaker.
