On an island known for its swaying palm trees and fresh coastal breezes lies the five-star Four Seasons Resort in Palm Beach, Florida [above].  Perched on the most beautiful, expansive sandy beach, the Four Seasons Palm Beach is a chic and classic Florida luxury resort where your every desire for a tropical escape will be met, and it could not be an easier getaway from the Hamptons on a direct flight from Islip to West Palm.  I was on the beach in a bikini in less than fours hours!

Palm Beach is a sophisticated ocean-side playground, which is one of the many reasons I love to visit. Beyond the natural beauty of the beaches, clear blue water, and stunning architecture, the town offers a thriving arts scene, the best designer boutiques and a five-star dining scene.

The interior design of the hotel boasts a sophisticated Hamptons feel and palette.  Beachfront suites feature two furnished balconies, a Juliet balcony, marble flooring throughout and bathrooms with a deep soaking tub.

When it comes to fashion, I always pack pretty party dresses, glamorous kaftans, lots of Chanel bags, and jeweled sandals for a Palm Beach trip.  The dress code is much more chichi than beachy in PB, which makes it fun to play dress up.

There are three different dining options at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach which are fantastic and offer a variety of cuisines and atmosphere.  Whether you want to eat the most yummy healthy salad, or dig into a burger in your bikini on the beach, here are the options:

GRAZE: Dine on fresh, artisanal fare poolside at Graze restaurant, surrounded by tropical gardens, ocean views, and a cool breeze. The Grains and Greens Salad was my favorite dish. Click HERE for the recipe, which I will be serving all summer in the Hamptons.

AB&G: Choose from a variety of tropically influenced world dishes as you sit barefoot and beachfront at a table watching the surf roll in. If you’re a burger lover, this is where you will find the best one in Palm Beach.

JOVÉ KITCHEN AND BAR: A modern take on fresh Italian cuisine, infused with creativity and local flavor.  Catch a tennis or golf match in the bar and lounge, while the mixologists showcase their expert cocktail-making.

If you feel like going “off-campus” Buccan is my favorite restaurant in Palm Beach, and the tables are some of the hardest to get. Conceived by acclaimed Miami chef Clay Conley, this high-end bistro features progressive American cuisine in a seasonal menu of small plates. The equally popular Imoto, Buccan’s sister restaurant, serves the area’s best Asian cuisine right next door.

If you are a garden lover like me, be sure to visit the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens. Set on 16 acres that surround Morikami’s two museum buildings, the expansive Japanese gardens have strolling paths, a world-class bonsai collection, rare specimen trees and flowers, and lakes teeming with koi, turtles and more.

Like all of their sister properties, the Fours Seasons Palm Beach is most impressive when it comes to their service. From the spoiling welcome back amenities, to the pampering spa staff, to the adorable cabana boys offering an Evian mist to cool you off, this special spot is by far my favorite hotel in Palm Beach.
