Who cares if it isn’t the weekend just ended? On a beautiful Tuesday night in Bridgehampton, you can join the cool cats at Pierre’s Restaurant to hear some smoooooth jazz—and feast on delicious Moules et Frites! Pierre’s is our favorite French Bistro on the East End. Check out the live Music at Pierre’s featuring Peter Martin Weiss on bass, Jane Hastay on piano, and John Ludlow on sax on Tuesdays and Sundays which only enhances the pretty Parisian atmosphere that owner Pierre Weber cultivates so well, complete with bistro chairs, red leather banquettes, and featured art exhibitions all summer long.

Pierre’s brings Jazz to Bridgehampton every Tuesday and Sunday, with Peter Martin Weiss passionately plugging the bass, Jane Hastay delicately dancing her fingers on the piano, and John Ludlow swinging spectacular solos on the sax. Peter and Jane are an adorable married couple who met on tour years back, and their chemistry is undeniable in the music they create. Check out the skills of dashing John Ludlow on sax, a young local talent born and raised in Bridgehampton, who shares he is “keeping the tradition of jazz alive for future generations.”

Pierre stores over 500 selections of wine and over 5000 bottles stored in his cellar, making sure that none of their patrons leave thirsty. Creative cocktails are also offered, divvied between “The Classics” and “The Attitude”. Our favorite “Classic”? The Mango Bellini, with fresh mango purée topped with champagne. When I have an “Attitude” it is usually whilst sipping The French Revolution, comprised of 1789 Bastille French Whiskey, a dash of Cointreau, and dry vermouth ~ Trés Miserables .
