New in Montauk: Casa Sereña At The Surf Lodge

This season Montauk welcomes Casa Sereña At The Surf Lodge— a concept by The Surf Lodge founder and creative director, Jayma Cardoso and Chef Robert Sieber.

An exciting addition to Montauk’s dining scene, the restaurant will feature a Mediterranean-Asian inspired menu aiming to offer guests a taste of true coastal living featuring sun-soaked flavors paired with a relaxed waterfront ambience.

The Surf Lodge– a 20 key hotel and a staple in Montauk– is a place where visitors come to celebrate the beauty of summer; enjoying live music, sunshine and special moments with friends and loved ones.

With the addition of Casa Sereña at The Surf Lodge, the property furthers its mission of providing a space to unwind and indulge in the simple pleasures of life: good food and good company.

Led by Culinary Director, Chef Robert Sieber the menu is compromised of a delectable selection of mezze and shareable plates such as, Alaskan King Crab Legs and Kolokithokeftedes, an array of luxurious Caviar, Oysters, Crudos and Seafood Towers.

Fans of Bravo’s Summer House might recognize him as Danielle Olivera’s ex but Robert has a robust culinary background and also serves as chef at The Snow Lodge in Aspen (The Surf Lodge’s sister property).

Mouth watering mains include, Lobster Cascatelli, Grilled Mediterranean Sea Bass, and Skirt Steak Frites.

Located at 183 Edgemere Street in Montauk, Casa Sereña At The Surf Lodge is open Monday-Sunday (closed Tuesdays) for dinner and Saturday and Sundays for brunch.
