Roller Rabbit is excited to announce an event hosted by Nicky Hilton Rothschild to benefit the Manhattan-based Animal Haven Shelter. The event will take place at the Roller Rabbit East Hampton store on August 12th. Customers are invited to shop from 2-5 p.m. to contribute to the Animal Haven cause of finding homes for abandoned cats and dogs.

Attendees of this event can mingle with Nicky Hilton Rothschild as well as Roberta Freymann, founder of Roller Rabbit as they shop. Nicky is an avid animal lover and longtime supporter of Animal Haven. Ten percent of proceeds will go to Animal Haven. Shoppers can also benefit by enjoying an additional ten percent off their own purchase. Furry friends will also be in attendance. Animal Haven volunteers will showcase a few puppies and kittens from the shelter in Manhattan. Attendees will be offered drinks and light bites.

Animal Haven is a nonprofit organization that finds homes for abandoned cats and dogs throughout the Tri-State Area. The organization provides behavior intervention when needed to improve chances of adoption. Founded in 1967, it operated an animal shelter in Manhattan. Animal Haven provides programs that enhance the bond between animals and people. Roberta Freymann, founder of Roller Rabbit, was inspired by a fable of a magical rabbit.
