Provisions Water Mill Launches New Vegan Menu for the Summer
KDHamptons is excited to try the new vegan menu just up the road at Provisions Water Mill. Chef Eric Miller has partnered with Laurie Cole, the founding Sr Master Instructor at SoulCycle (conveniently located right next door!), to create a limited edition, delicious, all vegan menu for this summer season. Take a class and pop over for healthy lunch to follow. See you there!
This menu celebrates the value of fresh ingredients, flavors, and eating clean. Available starting Memorial Day Weekend through the summer, menu items includes a Recovery Juice with ginger, turmeric, lemon, celery and kale leaf, a Vegan Open Faced Sandwich with ezekiel bread, vegan cheddar cheese, vine ripe tomato, alfalfa sprouts, pickled banana peppers, avocado, vegan may & balsamic drizzle, and the Revitalize Vegan Salad with kale & romaine, red quinoa, avocado, jalapeno, chia seeds, hummus and confit tomato. Yum!
Laurie shares, “As a lifelong vegetarian and recent vegan the last few years, I discovered the value of eating healthy but also eating clean. Through the pandemic we have all witnessed the benefits of wellness within not only our body but our state of mind. The menu items I worked on with Chef Eric at Provisions are made with organically sourced ingredients that support a strong immune system and active recovery.”
