Sotheby’s Superman has done it again! Hamptons real estate head honcho Harald Grant closed the sale of 1730 Meadow Lane in Southampton just before the New Year. Guess all of the doom & gloom of impending tax hikes sent some oceanfront owners packing their Tory Burch beach bags.  The final purchase price was a breezy $22M, a big step down from the original $32M asking price~ but a big tip of the hat to Harald, nonetheless!
