1. Set a menu. Zip over to Halsey Farm stand up the road for the best farm to table provisions.
2. Cut some perfect hydrangea blooms from the gardens (we have a few if u follow me ha!) and make a bunch of beautiful arrangements in ginger jars.

8. Big reveal with hot out of the oven perfect focaccia while the guys have Dr. Kot’s dirty martini recipe.
9. Mix the salad and serve.
