Vildwerk. Makes Season Debut with Ballet Works Promoting Conservation Awareness

This October the debut season of Vildwerk. will premier with a number of performances at the El Museo del Barrio Theater in Manhattan.

Ballets by leading choreographers; Christopher Wheeldon, Henning Rübsam, Gianna Reisen, Briana Reed, Mara Galeazzi, Buglisi Dance Theatre, and Joshua Beamish will be performed by a cast of dancers from internationally recognized companies including, The Royal Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Martha Graham Dance Company, New York City Ballet and more.

vildwerk. is a new non-profit organization with a mission of raising environmental conservation awareness and the serious issues affecting our planet through the performing arts. As such, the performances premiering this month will be centered around the themes of ecological crises, including turtle extinction, butterfly migration, and climate change.

Performances are October 15 and 16, 2024 at 7PM. Tickets start at $35. A drinks reception post performance on October 15 will take place with the artists and conservationists.
