Or, if you prefer more luxurious amenities on such a special occasion, consider our Premium Package which, for $400 per couple (tax and gratuity will apply) includes admission for two to our Champagne & Chandeliers party, overnight accommodations and breakfast for two the following morning.”

Chef Ralph DeLustro and the team at Bistro 72 will be serving a four course prix fixe dinner paired with unlimited service (through dinner) of selections from the following three Long Island vineyards and distilleries – Bedell Cellars, LiV Vodka, and Sparkling Pointe. The pairing dinner is priced at $99 per person (tax and gratuity will apply); or for $72 per person (tax and gratuity will apply) you can enjoy the four course prix fixe dinner plus your choice of one of the four pairing selections. Dinner seating’s are from 6pm-10pm, but with live music in full swing at Bistro 72 throughout the New Year, don’t just eat and leave, stay for the party!
No baby sitter? No worries! Indigo has you covered. A section of the hotel has been refurbished expressly to cater to friends and family under 21. Event staff will facilitate the fun with live entertainment, movies, video games, food, music and more. If New Year’s Eve isn’t your scene, don’t forget about The Night Before New Year’s party on Friday, December 30th at Bistro 72 from 9pm-1am.
