Watermelon And Tomato Salad

[ingredients] 1 Mini Seedless Watermelon
4 Large yellow Beefsteak Tomatoes
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
Creamy Greek dressing
Balsamic glaze
Salt to taste[/ingredients]

[instructions]Slice Tomatoes and watermelon 1/4 inch thick, using approximately the same size round cookie cutter as the beefsteak tomatoes cut out medallions of watermelon.

Start building salad tower with tomato, top with Greek dressing, next add a slice of watermelon repeat with Greek dressing.

Repeat with another layer.

Roll 5 or 6 large basil leaves and chiffonade.

Top Watermelon with Basil, add crumbled Feta on top and around plate drizzle the plate with Greek dressing and balsamic glaze.

Salt to taste.

Enjoy this light summery salad, serves 4

Note: If you can’t find creamy Greek dressing you can mix creamy Italian with Greek dressing.[/instructions]
