Pinkglow Pineapple Mimosa Recipe:

• 2 cups of Bollicini Prosecco plus a little extra to top each drink off
• 2 full cups of fresh chopped Delmonte PINKGLOW Pineapple
• a splash of fresh OJ
• the juice of 2 limes
• pineapple and lime wedges to garnish
