Why I Love Sag Harbor, By KidHampton Correspondent Lily Kot, 12
I live in Sag Harbor. There are many reasons why I love this town. Below are just a few:
- Mashpotatoe Park- When I was younger my friends and I couldn’t pronounce Mashashimuet Park, so we nicknamed it Mashpotatoe Park and that’s where I play softball.
- I love all of the people in Sag Harbor. Everyone is very nice, polite, and interesting.
- Sag Harbor is beautiful everywhere you go. I love going to the beach, and playing with my sister outside.
- All of the restaurants have great food! My three favorite restaurants are American Hotel, Sen and The Corner Bar.
- I love living in a small town and walking down the street and seeing all of my friends from school.
